This course supports preparation for the Taking Control of Goods (TCG) qualifying examination and an enforcement agent’s Continuing Professional Development (CPD). The CICM Level 2 Award in Taking Control of Goods is Ofqual regulated and meets the certification requirements of enforcement agents as determined by the Ministry of Justice. The High Court Enforcement Officers Association (HCEOA), the Local Authority Civil Enforcement Forum (LACEF) and the Certified Enforcement Agents Association (CEAA) endorse the course and review the TCG Guidance for Enforcement Agents annually.
